Initiate Your Request
Log into your Renogy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
